If we cannot satisfy a request, we will explain why in our response to you. For data portability requests, we will choose a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without difficulty.

We will generally not charge a fee for processing or responding to your requests. However, we may charge a fee if we determine that your request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. In those cases, we will tell you why we made that determination and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

In certain circumstances, we may decline a request to exercise the rights described above, particularly where we are unable to verify your identity. If we are unable to comply with all or a portion of your request, we will explain the reasons for declining to comply with the request.
