Partner Operation Policy
WEMIX PTE. LTD. (hereinafter "the company") operates its Partner's Server Partner program (hereinafter "the program") according to the following Operation Policy. The company provides service according to this policy, and Partners must comply with this Operation Policy in their activities.
The company may make changes to this Operation Policy to provide stable service, and the company will announce changes to this Operation Policy on the official game website and more. The company recommends that all Partners check this Operation Policy regularly, as the company may not be liable for disadvantages incurred if a Partner fails to do so.
The Partner is given a part of the total sales of their Partner's Server according to operational performance of the server as Awards (hereinafter "Award").
* The Partner confirms that they have read and agreed to the following terms regarding Award payouts, prior to the payouts.
* Refer to notices in the game’s official community or the official community for dates related to Partner's Server operations and Awards.
* Matters not addressed in this Operation Policy are subject to the Partner's Server Terms of Service, the Terms of Service and Operation Policy of Legend of YMIR, the Privacy Policy, and other applicable laws.
Section 1 (Basic Rules and Duties of the Partner)
Article 1 (Basic Rules of Server Management) the Partner has the foremost responsibility to foster a fair and healthy environment in the Server. The Partner shall try to resolve disputes, listen to user opinions, and try their best to provide a fun gaming environment.
Article 2 (Duties of the Partner)
- Diligent Server Management: the Partner shall log in regularly, foster the community, and design events to encourage more activity in the server during the usage period. If the Partner does not log in for a long time, or abandons the Server, the Partner may be seen as undependable.
- Policy Compliance and Learning: the Partner must master the game's Operation Policy and this Policy, comply with them, and regularly check them for changes.
- Objective of Activities: the objective of Partner activities must be to encourage activity across all Servers, including the Partner's Server, and to promote the Game. Partner permissions shall not be misused to facilitate financial gain, such as refunding payments made by specific guilds, groups, or individuals.
Article 3 (Operational Period of a Partner's Server)
① Determination of Operational Period: The Operational Period of a Partner's Server shall be determined in accordance with the following terms.
1) Operation Start Date: The Operation Start Date (Server Open Date) of the Partner Server shall be determined by the Company, considering the circumstances of the Company and the service.
a. Operation commencing on or before the 20th of the current month: The first settlement is conducted based on the end of the month (M) in which operation commenced. In this case, the Award for the relevant month is calculated independently and paid in accordance with the payment procedure.
1) Operation commencing on or before the 20th of the current month: The operational period shall be a total 6 months, including the month (M) in which operation commences. (Concluding on the last day of the 5 months after the end of the commencing month.)
2) Operation commencing on or after the 21st of the current month: The operational period shall be a total of 7 months, including the month (M) in which operation commences. (Concluding on the last day of the 6 months after the end of the commencing month.)
③ Exclusion of Boundary Month Settlement: In case the operational period has been standardized to conclude on the last day of the month in accordance with Paragraph 1 of this Article, the provisions of Article 11, Paragraph 6 (Award Calculation of the Boudary Month of the Operational Period) shall not be applied to the final month of operation, and the award for that month shall be calculated based on the entire monthly Net Sales.
Section 2 Prohibited Acts
The Partner is strictly prohibited from engaging in the following acts, both inside and outside the Server. Violation may result in severe bans or restrictions according to the criteria set forth in Section 5.
Article 4 (Misuse of Permissions and Unfair Acts)
- Misusing granted Partner permissions for economic gains such as refunds of payments
- Harassing other users or imposing unfair restrictions on certain users because of personal relationships
- Causing serious risks to server economy or in-game balance
- Unfairly taking advantage of profits from using errors or bugs in the game or sharing such information with others
Article 5 (Of Encouraging Inappropriate Environment in Server)
- Engaging in or neglecting to prevent speech or conduct that harms public morals or causes severe offense to others, such as profanity, sexual harassment, or discriminatory/derogatory remarks in the server
- Conducting or condoning activities that violate applicable laws, such as advertising illegal speculative websites or facilitating real-money transactions
- Spreading false, unverified information within the server to cause conflict between users or to defame the Company or the game
- Acts that violate others' rights, such as distributing personal information or infringing upon others' copyright
Article 6 (Misuse and Abuse of the System)
- Manipulating server indicators such as sales and number of users for unfair Award gain
- Affecting Award calculations by abusing the in-game payment-refund system
Article 7 (Server Activation Below Standard)
① Application Timing and Fundamental Obligation: The activation criteria of this Article shall be applied starting from the point at which the Partner Server has passed the 7-day stabilization period following its initial operation commencement date. Partner shall be obligated to satisfy the minimum activation criteria specified in the following subparagraphs, and failure to meet the criteria may be deemed as non-diligent activity.
1) Minimum Concurrent users (CCU) Criteria: Where the daily average Concurrent Users of the Partner's Server is less than 300 for 14 consecutive days.
2) Minimum Net Sales Criteria: Where the Net Sales of the Partner's Server are less than a daily average of $1,500 USD for 14 consecutive days.
3) Management Activity Criteria: Where the criteria for mission or promotion participation determined by the Company (Article 7) are failed 3 or more consecutive times without justifiable cause.
② Principle of Restrictions: If the activation criteria of the Paragraph 1 is failed for more than 2 times during the consecutive evaluation periods, it may be deemed as non-diligent activty, and measures may be taken in accordance with the Restriction Criteria Table.
- The Company may modify the aforementioned activation criteria due to changes in market conditions and game environment, and shall provide notice of such modification using the method stipulated in Article 9, Paragraph 3 of this Policy.
Article 8 (Mission)
- Company may provide missions or promotion events to Partners for the activation of the Partner's Server.
- Company may periodically or non-periodically select and provide Mqissions. The Company will inform the Partner of the details regarding the Mission using the method specified in Article 9, Paragraph 3 of this policy.

Section 3 (Awards)
Article 9 (Basic Information on Awards)
Awards (WEMIX) for the Partner Server will be paid to the WEMIX PLAY wallet linked to the game account that has been granted Partner permissions.
① Settlement Schedule
- The operational period for the Partner's Server shall be set based on the operation commencement date, with a maximum term of 6 months.
- Settlement for the Partner's Server shall be conducted a total of 6 times. The Partner's Server's open date shall determine the initial settlement schedule and the applicability of the exception for the initial settlement, as defined in Article 11, Paragraph 5.
- Based on the monthly performance of the Partner's Server with permission, the Partner may have their Award settled in accordance with the period and procedures announced by the Company. However, the schedule may be subject to change due to the game service’s schedule or the Company’s circumstances, and such facts will be announced using the methods specified in Paragraph 3 of this article upon a change.
② Award Payout Account
1) The Streamer must complete the wallet registration process demanded by the Company before applying for an Award settlement.
2) The Award will be paid to the digital asset wallet (e.g., WEMIX PLAY Wallet) linked to the member’s game account that has been granted Partner permissions.
3) It is not possible to pay Awards to a digital asset wallet that is not linked to the game account. The Partner is solely responsible for all consequences arising from the loss of access to or ownership of the linked digital asset wallet due to reasons attributable to the Partner.
4) The Partner is solely responsible for all consequences arising from the failure to confirm or reply to matters advised regarding the settlement.
③ Notification and Announcement Methods
- Detailed information regarding the Awards Payout will be announced through the methods below:
1) E-mail
2) Notices on Official Homepage
3) Messages or notifications within the game or related services
4) Dedicated official Discord channel
5) Others including the contact information provided ‘at the time of Partner registration’
Article 10 (Types and Criteria for Awards)
① Classification of Awards: Awards are classified into Basic Awards and Performance Awards, depending on their type.
- Basic Awards: Basic Awards are distributed depending on the Award Tiers and are calculated daily in accordance with the number of operational days of the month.
- Performance Awards: Performance Awards are calculated in accordance with the Calculation Method for each Award Tier.
② Award Payout Criteria:
- The Finalized Award is calculated and divided into 3 tiers based on the “Monthly Net Sales”, which is defined as the purchases from the designated platforms specified in Article 11 of this Policy, less the Award Fee stipulated in the same Article.
- Award Calculation formula is applied differently depending on the type of the Partner's Server (ORIGIN/LITE/MINI).
- WEMIX equivalent to the Finalized Award at the time of its confirmation will be given as Award.
③ Award Payout Criteria (Monthly Net Sales)
1) Tier 1: Less than $100,000
2) Tier 2: $100,000 or more and less than $500,000
3) Tier 3: $500,000 or more

※ Basic Rewards for the commencing month of the operation and the Boundary Month of the operation are calculated in a daily basis.
Article 11 (Award Calculation)
① Award Calculation:
- The Finalized Award is calculated based on the sum of Monthly Basic Award and Performance Award.
- The Awards paid to the Partner is calculated based on the Monthly Net Sales of the Partner's Server.
② Definition and recognition criteria of Target Platform and Target Sales
- Target Platform refers to the platform that is the subject of sales recognition for the Partner's Server, and it may be changed depending on legal and technical circumstances, or the circumstances of the Company or the platform.
- Target Sales refers to the sales made from the Target Platform, the amount of the payment that is the subject of sales recognition for the Partner's Server.
1) Target Sales are calculated based on the Partner's Server. as stipulated in the following items of this subparagraph.
a. In-App Purchase (IAP): Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Xsolla, WEMIX PAY
b. Webshop: Payment amounts generated through official Webshop channels provided by the Company (MYCARD, etc.).
c. WEMIX PLAY Webshop: Payment amounts generated using WEMIX in the YMIR Webshop ('Gift Card Shop' and 'Game item Shop').
2) Special Sales Recognition Policy
- For 'YMIR Cash (YMC)' obtainable through the 'Gift Card Shop' under item (c) of Subparagraph 1 of this Paragraph, the criteria for 'Target Sales' recognition is as follows.
- The Partner's Server Sales recognition is calculated and fixed as 'Target Sales' for the relevant server based on the moment the 'YMC' is first used to purchase or exchange an item within the in-game shop of the Partner's Server, and not based on the time the Gift Card (including YMC as a component) was purchased.
3) Excluded Items from Target Sales
When calculating Target Sales, payment amounths within the WEMIX PLAY Webshop corresponding to the following items is explicitly excluded from the Partner's Server.
- Payment amounts generated from products purchased using PLAY Tokens as currency (e.g., PLAY Token Shop).
- Payment amounts generated from products purchased using YMT as currency (e.g., 'YMIR Partner Only' Shop and 'Sindri's Forge').
③ Criteria for Calculating Total Sales and Fees
- Total Sales: Refers to the total aggregate amount of payment generated from the Target Sales.
- Award Fee: Refers to the fee imposed on the Award Payout, and is calculated as 30% of the amount remaining after deducting refunds and chargebacks from the Total Sales.
- Net Sales: Refers to the amount remaining after deducting the Award Fee from the amount remaining after deducting refunds and chargebacks from the Total Sales.
- Finalized Award: Refers to the Award actually paid out by applying the calculation formula of the separately stipulated Award Criteria Table to the Net Sales.
④ Award Payout Cycle and Finalization
1) Basic Schedules for the Settlement
a. Net Sales Calculation Completion and Award Finalization (M+2)
- The Award is finalized based on the calculated Net Sales.
- The Finalized Award will be announced starting from the last week of M+2 following the 'Award Finalization', using the method stipulated in Article 9, Paragraph 3 of this Policy.
b. Finalized Award Payment After Final Net Sales Verification (M+3)
- The Finalized Award is paid to the digital asset wallet (WEMIX PLAY Wallet) within a maximum of 14 days from the end of M+3 following the determination of the Finalized Award.
- The exact Award settlement schedule will be announced using the method stipulated in Article 9, Paragraph 3 of this Policy.
2) Award Payout Delays and Important Notices
- Award payouts may be delayed in the event of force majeure situations for which the Company is not at fault, such as platform data finalization delays, rapid fluctuations in exchange rates, or system failures. It may also be delayed due to the system maintenance or improvements for payouts, and an advance notice will be provided in the event of a payout delay.
- The exchange rate for the Finalized Award (WEMIX) is based on the time of completion of the administrative payment procedure.
- The amount of paid Award may fluctuate due to market volatility between the time of completion of the settlement procedure and the time of the actual Award payment.
- If performance decreases after the previous month’s Award payout due to reasons such as refunds, fraudulent payments, or system errors, it will be reflected in the calculation of the next Award.
- The Award is paid out after deducting the gas fee (network fee) required for the transfer.
- The Finalized Award will be announced after the 'Finalized Award Determination' using the method stipulated in Article 9, Paragraph 3 of this Policy.
⑤ Initial Settlement and Exception for Calculation
The initial settlement for the Partner Server is processed as follows, depending on the Operation Start Date
1) Criteria for the First Calculation Target Month
a. Operation commencing on or before the 20th of the current month: The first settlement is conducted based on the end of the month (M) in which operation commenced. In this case, the Award for the relevant month shall be calculated independently and paid in accordance with the payment procedure.
b. Operation commencing on or before the 21st of the current month: The Net Sales and Basic Award for the operation commencement month (M) is aggregated in the following month (M+1), and the first settlement is conducted based on the following month (M+1).
c. Daily Calculation of the Basic Awards: The Basic Award for the operation commencement month (M) is calculated based on the following composite Award Tiers.
- Calculation Standard: The standard for calculating the Basic Award amount for the relevant month (M) follows the Basic Award amount of the Award Tier achieved by the Net Sales of that month.
- Calculation Method: It is calculated on a daily basis, considering the actual number of operational days, based on that amount.
- Daily Calculation Formula: (Monthly Basic Award Amount) * (Actual number of server operational days in the month / Total number of days in the month)
⑥ Award Calculation for the Boundary Month of Operation Period
- In case the operational period of the Partner's Server does not commence on the first day (1st) of the month or concludes before the last day of the month (hereinafter referred to as the "Boundary Month"), the Basic Award for the relevant month shall be calculated on a daily basis.
Article 12 (Retrieval of Awards and Limits on Payouts)
- If the Partner receives bans or restrictions from violating this Terms of Service, the Award payouts for the corresponding usage period may be postponed, reduced, or cancelled in full, depending on the severity of the matter.
- If the Partner's qualification is revoked, all rights to accumulated Awards are terminated; Awards pending payout may also be retrieved if they are found to have been unfairly acquired.
- If a Partner voluntarily withdraws or is disqualified due to a violation of this Policy, all rights to Awards that have not been actually paid by the Company at that point (including amounts calculated for completed operation months and all Awards pending settlement) will be forfeited, and no payment shall be made. In addition, any paid or free resources used to become a Partner will not be paid, compensated, or refunded.
Section 4 Maintaining Partner Qualification and Limitations
Article 13 (Applying for and Maintaining Partner Qualification)
- Applicants must be 19 years old or older to acquire Partner qualification following the process set by the company, which includes steps such as bidding, applying, and selection.
- The company employs internal standards to evaluate applicants in selecting Partners. The company may also review operational activities to determine whether the Partner qualification should be maintained.
- Award payouts can only be transferred to digital asset wallets synchronized to the game account registered in the Partner's name, and information for the synchronized wallet cannot be changed.
Article 14 (Withdrawal and Forfeiture of Partner Qualification)
- Bans on Partner qualification apply on a per-account basis.
- In cases where the Partner stops playing the game, for example by deleting their characters, or their qualification is temporarily unavailable from being banned, from that point in time all rights including Award payouts cannot be exercised.
- After the ban has been lifted, the Partner may need to directly contact the customer service center to request recovery of their qualification.
Article 15 (Status Change and Revocation for Low-Activity Servers)
① Review for Status Change: The Company may initiate a review for status change for a Partner Server confirmed to have failed to meet the minimum activation criteria specified in Article 7.
② Warning and Demand for Correction: If the review confirms the failure to meet the criteria, the Company may issue a warning to the Partner and demand that the activation criteria be met within 10 days.
③ Revocation of Status: Should the Partner fail to meet the activation criteria even after the warning and demand for correction period, or clearly neglect the server activation obligation (Article 2), the Company may take measures to revoke the Partner's status.
④ Reversion of Server Operational Rights: The operational rights of the revoked Partner's Server and all rights pertaining to that server shall revert to the Company. The Company may then convert the server into a General Server, merge it with another server, close it, or re-grant the operational rights to another Partner.
⑤ Exception for Award Calculation upon Revocation of Status: If the Partner's status is revoked pursuant to this Article, the Award is calculated up to the end of the month preceding the month in which the revocation date falls. The Award for the month in which the revocation date falls will not be calculated on a daily basis and will be excluded from payment eligibility.
Article 16 (Extension of Operational Period and Differentiated Conditions)
① Application for Extension: The Partner may apply for an extension of the operational period in accordance with the procedure determined by the Company, starting 60 days prior to the expiration date of the existing operational period. Details and duration regarding the application for extension will be announced using the method stipulated in Article 9, Paragraph 3 of this Policy.
② Criteria for Extension Review: The Company shall apply differentiated conditions during the extension review, considering the characteristics and performance of each server type. The performance of the Partner's Server among the extension evaluation items shall be based on the average monthly Net Sales and user metrics for the 3 months immediately preceding the expiration of the existing operational period (M-3, M-2, M-1).

③ Common Conditions: All Partner Servers may have their extension eligibility revoked or their extension denied, even if the performance stated in Paragraph 2 is achieved, should there be a severe policy violation or failure to meet the minimum activation criteria under Article 6 during the extension review period.
④ Final Decision: The extension period and the final decision shall be determined by comprehensively considering the Company's service environment and internal policies, and the result shall be notified to the Partner using the method stipulated in Article 9, Paragraph 3 of this Policy.
Section 5 Ban Criteria
Article 17 (Restrictive Measures and Appeals)
- If the Partner violates the standards specified in this Policy, they can be restricted from use of service without prior notice.
- Partners are obligated to comply with the game's Operation Policy and Terms of Service. Bans given for violation of policies are applied to corresponding game account, regardless of the server used.
- If the Partner has objections to the ban, the Partner may file an appeal with the customer service center using objective supporting materials within 7 days from the date of ban notice.
- The appeal request is processed within 15 days of the request date. Retroactive application or recovery of any disadvantages such as not being able to use Partner permissions during the appeal period is not possible.
- Anything not covered in the Partner Operation Policy is subject to the Terms of Service or Operation Policy of the game.
[Types of Bans]
① Warning: a request to correct the policy violation
② Partial limit on permissions: some or all Partner permissions limited for a set period
③ Partner activities ceased: all activities as Partner limited for a set period or permanently
④ Partner qualification revoked: Partner qualification is permanently revoked.
⑤ Awards adjusted: part or all of unfairly acquired Awards are reduced or retrieved
⑥ Limit on game use: limits the Partner's use of the game account for a set amount of time or permanently based on the severity of the matter
* If the Partner receives a ban according to this policy or the Terms of Service, the Partner may not participate in future Partner selection processes.
Article 18 (Restriction Criteria Table)
- For matters not addressed under this Operation Policy, the game's Operation Policy applies.
- Should the use of the game and related services (e.g., SSS, WEMIX PLAY) be restricted, a review and sanction for violation of the Partner Program Policy shall proceed, irrespective of whether restrictions have been applied to the aforementioned services.
※ For typical matters, restrictions shall be applied according to the progressive levels (tiers) recorded in the Restriction Criteria Table. Provided, however, that depending on the severity of the matter, the operation team may, at its discretion, issue an In-Game warning mail or apply an increased level (tier) of restriction.

Article 19 (Withdrawing from Partner Registration)
The Partner may at any time relinquish Partner permissions or stop using the Partner's Server. Please note that the rights to Awards for the corresponding usage period expire on relinquishing Partner permissions.
Article 20 (Indemnity)
If violation of this terms or other violations of the law incur damages to the company, the Partner bears the responsibility of compensating for all damages incurred to the company. This clause is valid during the period in which Partner qualification is maintained, as well as after the qualification is lost.
Article 21 (Additional Regulations)
For matters not addressed under this Terms of Service, the Partner's Server Operation Policy, Terms of Service, and Operation Policy of the game service, and WEMIX-related policies apply.
